Don`t listen!!!

Around the 11the off Jan 2014 I loaded airtime and date around the 12 I called MTN because the airtime and date are gone. Then the... told me I must call them back on the 14/15 again then the call centre agent told me the other person don't know what they are doing as he can see what are wrong but i must call back in 2-24H ok then I called them again.after 24h the the lady told me i must wait 10-17dae`s and the i told here this are not right and she drop the phone then I called.then I in to day and 1 again the people don't listen and when you get angre the drop the phone so if you don't resolve this we will in court and the news papers. As MTN are bad bad bad I also use Vodacom and never have this problem.as you are selling from me and your staff are joining you in lying to me.
