Being advised by Vodacom in Nov to change my contract that already expired to a prepaid not to loose my tel no, it happened around the middle of the month which resulted that they did not carry forward BIS for which I am expected to pay. At beginning of Dec I stop payment their debit order and only now in Jan I get requests to pay full amount plus a penalty fee of R100 as I am liable for the full amount according to Vodacom. I am prepared to pay but would like Vodacom to recalculate my account as I was inconvenienced by their actions/advise
