VODACOM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a contract with vodacom, the deal was R249 per month ps3 special cornel botha assisted with this sale at the time - i have this contract for over a year now - my monthly billing always showed R249 each month for the year -
and now this previous month VODACOM decides to deduct R3000 from my account - reported this to vodacom -- 1st i called them, spoke to brent, i advised he escalate call he told me i need to go to the store that sold me the contract for them to sort out - i went to the store they told me to call vodacom - eventually i got through and explained that i was told payment is only R249 per month i want to know why this large deduction? i never agreed to that, why is the account locked after payment? nobody can give me answers
all they did was log my call and said somebody will get back to me within 30 working days
utter nonsense and unbelievable VODACOM REALLY???
after the deduction, account paid the contract was locked - all services disabled -- why??!! - iv been with vodacom most of my life and this is the support i get from them the 1 time i need their help
