REALLY HAD IT NOW WITH VODACOM!!!

I upgraded my cell in Oct 2013, Vodacom made a mistake with my account for not upgrading me to the correct package and promised they will correct my account. I then got a call from vodacom for a complaint on Helo Peter for my next bill I received as it still wasn't corrected. I reversed the debit order. Vodacom credited my account and asked I should pay the outstanding amount. I asked for banking details from Vodacom, I am with Absa, they explained I must search for Vodacom PTY LTD on absa and pay to that account, I did that but absa gave me a notification saying the account is unavailable. I then phoned them back to ask for banking details and a lady gave me an account. I made payment to wrong vodacom account, i have faxed emailed, went into a vodashop to make sure vodacom receives my proof of paymet. I have been on the phone with vodacom numerous times and lost my temper quite a few times with people promising me to help me!!! They disconnected my line and after long calls to seniors at vodacom I manage to get my account enabled, and now they debited my account again with the full outstanding amount. I have been handed to collections. Vodacom has Internal disputes. FRUSTRATED!
