Being billed for a cancelled contract

Hi.

After months of struggles with horrible customer care from Cell C and your call center staff I cancelled my contract with you guys. I requested the contract to be cancelled but I still had some months left. My contract period ended 12th December 2013. I requested that my contract be cancelled then as well. I phoned in and this was confirmed and I was assured it will be done.
The problem I have is that I have been paying for end December 2013 as well as end of January 2014.
I stopped the debit order on my side. Please stop taking my money when I cancelled the contract already and give me my money back from the 12th of December 2013.
