Usiness landline out of orde

My business landline 011 486 2819 has been out of order since 21 January 2014. Telkom has promised daily that a technician will call to attend to it but nothing has been done. I have phoned Telkom call centre daily and have visited Rosebank Telkom daily and the fault has not been repaired.
My business has been detrimentally affected by this complete lack of customer service.
