I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy B5330 phone on 5 January 2013. The phone was recommend to me by a staff member. (apparently the phone with the lease comebacks). The phone was 6 days old and stopped working. I could not receive any calls or make any calls/messages etc. I took the phone back. They were very reluctant to help me. According to SALES not Repairs (not repairs responsibility) they took the phone for an upgrade. She promised me it will take only 5 days. After 14 days I went to the store. They did not know where my phone was at first. They eventually found it in the technical division. At home when I wanted to charge the phone, there were no battery. I went back to the store. They said "so sorry". I left for home just to get another phone call from vodacom telling me they forgot to put the reverse side on the phone. I went AGAIN to the store. I spoke to the "supervisor", who just stared at me. The phone was 2 days back and stopped working again with the same problem. The phone is in for repairs again and it will take 5-21 days. They gave me a loan phone (basic nokia) after a huge fight. I insist on a new phone and preferably not a Samsung.
