Sold a device that is not working

I went to shop 50 centurion mall on 12/12/2012 for cellphone upgrade to a Lumia 900. the next day the phone and sim card could not work, and I went back on 13/12/2012 then i was told that the sim card was not activated by Wilfred, then rectified. On the 24/12/2012 cellphone could not open internet access or gmail I went back to shop on 27/12/2012 and the cellphone was booked in for repairs. I went back on 04/01/2013 for a follow up, the phone was sent for repairs. On the 18/01/2013 I was called by a supervisor telling that phone couldn't be repaired as marked that data not be to lost including the report that the phone was just rebooting. I went back to give a go ahead (kate helped), again booked in for repairs (REF:8482552). The phone was ready for collection on 21/01/2013 I went there the phone now started a new problem the phone does not accept my pin but if insert on th other device it accept the code. Booked in for repaires (REF:8525763) on 21/01/2013. Is this a new phone phone or what, who is fooling who?
