I have been struggling with cellphone coverage with cell c for a very long time now, during okt/nov i was in a small town near port elizabeth, according to cell c's network coverage (they show you these images in their shop) there should be coverage, i would sit in the same spot where my coverage will go from 4 bars to 1 and varies at numerous times. the in Des i was in Bloemfontein, where the same thing happened, now Bloemfontein is one of the major cities in south africa, how is it possible for a cellphone network (national) just so by the way, to not have proper coverage in a place as big as that.
now i am in somerset west, 30-40 km from cape town and the same thing happens here!!! now i need to run my business but cant because people cant phone me and talk.
i think this is unacceptable for a company. eventhough i have phoned them numerous times nothing has been done. that is poor service for a company whos part of the monopoly of south africa's cellphone networks!!!
