My name is Kegomoditswe Mokgotsi. In mid September i visited Mtn southgate since i needed a phone. The lady gave me a brochure to go look at so that i know which phone to choose. I went back to the store and a gentleman by the name of Andries assisted me. I told him which phone i want and he told he will get back to me later. The next day he phoned me back to come collect my phone and sign the contract. I told him i want to convert my prepaid number to contract number and he said i can do that. The only challenge we had was I had airtime on my prepaid number and he told me that I was gonna forfeit it, I told him that i cant afford that and He said its fine He will give me a new number after 4months i can change it to the prepaid number that i am using. I said its fine as long as i can change it later & he said you will dont worry. I signed everything and i was given my phone S4 GALAXY. I few months later i went back to the shop to look for him i was told he is based in Alexandra branch. I told his branch mananger Steven & he told me there is no such thing. I'm paying R449 a month & i cant access my airtime n data as I'm using my prepaid no on the phone. I want this fixed asap.
