We started working again on the 6th of January 2013, since the day we started we have not had any telephones or internet.
the call centre is beyond comprehension, when you talk to them they are filled with nothing but excuses, from the matter has been resolved which it has not, then its our server that must be reset, every time its another excuse.
we can not run a business like this, they are rude have put the phone down in my ear, they refuse to acknowledge the fault.
