Airtime bundle

On the 3rd of January I bought a R149 date bundle as I have done the previous year and a half for several times. I bought the data by means of an EFT from my Standard bank account where I created Telkom Mobile as my beneficiary. I bought a 2GB 1GB Internet bundle.

This amount always appears in the menu as airtime. From there (on the same web page) I purhase the data bundle from the available airtime by using the facility on the web page, as created by Telkom.

BUT this time NO amount appeared as airtime, although I have proof that I bought R150 airtime. I went to two Telkom branches to assist me in this matter, but with no success at all. One of them faxed the proof of payment to Telkom and I recieved confirmation that the R150 transaction was successful. This was also confirmed by the call centre. BUT STILL THERE ARE NO AIRTIME LOADED IN MY ACCOUNT!!! My question is: where are the R150 airtime that I bought almost 12 days ago???

Numerous phone calls to HELP(?) centres as well as emails, were of absolutely NO help!!!

Could someone please solve this issue??? I am dependent on internet for work purposes and I am losing a lot of money due to this delay.
