Following my report logged on 07/10/13 of an upgrade gone wrong, I now sit with the headache of getting my money that was debited off my account for a line that was cancelled (finally after another painstaking period of time) back from Vodacom. Why is the service quality getting worse, day by day from what I thought was the best Service Provider...? I am sick & tired of phoning after my money that was taken by Vodacom in error...
