UPGRADE NIGHTMARE FROM THE START! (PART1)

I spent the best past of last week trying to contact the upgrade department at Vodacom. If only I knew it was only the start of my frustrations. I had to hang on for the call centre for an absolute enternity. What is the point of offering a call back service if they do not call back. My upgrade was due on the 1st Febuary 2013. On the 2nd Febuary, After several phone calls to 0821959 I was still being told by their voice system that i couldnt upgrade, Even though it was the 2nd Febuary, And being cut off. Finally I got through to a Call Centre agent. And if my girlfriend wasnt listening on speaker phone I'm not sure she would believe me. My phone bill is more than R1800 a month. That is on top of my package price. I have been with Vodacom for over 10 years, So you can imagine I've spent a fortune with them. I wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 5 64GB. And I was told I had to pay in R1500. I explained the situation the the call centre agent that i dont think i should have to pay in. He then informed me that if I downgrade my package to an iphone package I can get my phone. After trying to explain myself to him and waiting for his supervisor, I eventually hung up and thought I'd wait
