I went to the MTN store to do an upgrade on my cellphone account and they said if l am doing an upgrade l will continue having my airtime. within a few few minutes l lost all the airtime l had and l wonder who you are going to bill that to. No- one bothered to explain the terms of my new contract and l think at the end of the day l will be on the loosing side when new unannounced terms start popping up. Please explain to me how you bill your clients. I tried calling 808 and never got the chance to talk to a consultant because l got cut off. Right now l do not have airtime to use till the end of the month because of an uninformed decision
