I previously complained about Nashua Mobile, this was on the 25/01/13. They advised they would be looking into the matter about my phone not being repaired. I am still waiting for details from them. I have to phone repeatedly to find out if my phone is ever going to be fixed to be told they have escalated the matter to the service department & they will phone me back the following day. I NEVER receive a phone call the following day & I have to repeatedly phone Nashua Mobile to try & get an answer. I just get told the matter has been escalated. I want to know why it is taking so long to repair a phone with a cracked screen. This has been going on since the 26/11/12. They say they have a 30 day turn around time on repairs. This is now over 2 months that I have just been trying to get an answer. I have not received a quote or confirmation that it has been submitted to insurance. The contract is due to expire on 19/2/13, the phone is then no longer covered. So it feels like this is a stalling tactic so that the phone does not have to be repaired or replaced. I am beyond frustrated with Nashua Mobile & wish I could cancel all my services as I no longer want to deal with them
