I run a non profit organisation therefore it is quite easy to get our banking details.

I had a debit of R 1550 on our NPO bank account from Telkom Mobile when I do not have any contract with them.

There is therefore a staff member who is not doing its job or supports.

This is the sms I was sent when I asked for refund:

We refer to the query received from our collectors Nudebt about an unknown Telkom Mobile debit order and wish to advise that we will investigate but need the following information.
Please provide us with
- a certified id copy,
- proof of address,
- stamped bank statement,
- affidavit that you have no contract with Telkom Mobile.

I, the victim, has actually to do their job while I still do not get the refund or informed about their investigation on their side.
I suspect Telkom Mobile to support as they aren't able to prove me that I have a signed contract with them authorising them to debit my bank account.
This is unacceptable and I advise not to sign up with them.
