The 14 January I received my usual top up of R200 25 sms and 200mb of data, on the 16th January I was on the Internet as usual nothing new, I went onto Groupon and whatsapp, for about 3 hours and by the end of that the airtime I had and data had all finished! To my surprise I called MTN call centre to find out what happened only for them to say that R180 worth of airtime and 160mb data was all finished from being on the Internet! If I'm wrong il apologies but I'd Love to know how much MTN is charging people for Internet usage. I've called and went to an MTN store but everyone is giving me the run around. Can someone reply and tell me what happened And y R180 airtime got finished in 3hours with my Background data restricted!
