My apologies but I misplaced the spelling of your first name. You promised to call me back within an hour of talking to me. Two of your CRM's had previously messed up on an issue I had had. It boiled over to your desk. I am still waiting for you call more than a month later. In line with your position I would expect that integrity would be one of your characteristics. I would encourage you to honour your word going forward by doing what you said you would by when you would. It will serve you well.
