I don't understand why is taking RMCS so long to convert my number to prepaid whereas it didn't take you a minute to convert it to contract. this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. i have been trying to get hold of your contact center since this morning with no luck, have lost a lot of airtime because of this. please get your house in order, your call center services are pathetic.
