I did an upgrade with cell c in January 2013 for blackberry 9320 and the phone was delivered 18/01/2013, only to realise the phone is faulty not working at all, i then called cell c on saturday the 19/01/2013 and was referred to the nearest cell c store, i went to the cell c store in Greenstone mall and was not assisted, i then called cell c on monday 21/01/2013 advised them phone is faulty and they need to collect same, and they never collected for the whole week, then it was collected 29/01/2013 after that nobody called me to confirm if they received same nor any follow ups done to date -i am disgusted with the manner in which i am being treated as a customer and get no joy from the cell c call centre, their service is pathetic, its now being 3weeks i am sitting without a phone yet i am paying the subscription
