I took out a datacard with neotel on the 23rd of October the 24th I went back to ask if I can upgrade to the mifi 10g the lady said no problem let me help to change to the wifi data stick and cancel the datacard, I then got a call from thato my ref nr is SREQ107794286 to say they cancelled the data card and I only pay for the mifi 10g now I got an invoice for both and there is now activation fee witch no one told me about how can one stop this from happening, accounts was the reason I left neotel a wile ago and went to prepaid, not will I have to fight every month for the next 24 months???
can someone please help me with this regard
