Bad service and attitude

I was due for an upgrade on my cell contract. Went to this store, wanted a Samsung phone, but Zipho convinced me a Sony Experia Z is a better phone for my type of work, took the phone, had it for 2 days, phone did't want to work, with a small crack on the screen, don't know how it happened. Took phone back to store, said they will send it for repairs, waited more than 3 weeks, phoned them to ask what's go'n on, said phone send to Jhb. Been more than a month now. Went to shop to ask why, wanted to talk to manager, Denver, waited more than 2 hours, assistand threw broken phone on counter and said their is your phone, still not repaired. I've got insurance on phone and according to that i must pay 10% for the repairs, fine, cause i don't no how screen cracked, repairs is R6895.75, but i must pay R800, cause my insurance is not older than 3 months. The manager started to shout at me in store... i shout back, he threatened me that he will throw me out of the store 'cause there's a right of admission sign. Told this denver to e-mail me the quotes for phone... still not done. I wanted to cancelled my contract, he ask why, i said BAD SERVICE but he said i'm not allowed to
