Detailed_Description_Complaint: I would like to lay a complaint about the service I received from CellC.On the 09.09.2013 went to Centurion to upgrade my contract. I took Samsung S3 Galaxy phone on top up package. The consultant
who was assisting told me that if I have any problem with the phone I must return it within 7 days. On the 12.09.2013 the phone was not working properly I could not see the incoming call the screen was dark was unable to answer the phone. On the 15.09.2013 took phone back to the shop and it was booked for repairs. It came back from repairs collected on the 12.10.2013 still doing the same problem, I told the store manager that they must give me another phone because nothing has been fixed and I'm paying the contract R199 every month for the phone that I 'm not using. He said he will not give me another phone he's going to book the phone again for repairs and he was rude and he was not willing assist.
