Autopage WORST service provide

I recently purchased an Ipad Mini with a vodacom contract through Autopage Cellular. After multiple technical issues my Ipad was only activated after two weeks because of duplicated cell numbers at autopage. With the recent launch of IOS 7, the APN settings for Ipads and Iphones have been changed, causing all devices to display a no service message. We cannot access the internet at all. This morning I had been on the phone with autopage for 20minutes, before the person assisting me, who had absolutely no idea what the issue was, passed me to a technical support person who again had no idea what the issue was and who then promptly asked my to wait on the line for 15 minutes so he could call istore to determine the problem. After 15 minutes of no contact, the phone eventually died. I am not surprised that this person has not called me back, since clearly Autopage has a 0 on customer service level. During my 15 minute waiting period, I logged on to Vodacom's online support and they could clearly tell me what the issue is and what Autopage needs to do. i phoned autopage to fix the issue which once again i now must wait 24hours for the service to reset.
