My old contract expired on 31 Aug 2013. I renewed my contract on the 4th of Aug 2013 and was advised that my old contract will still be applicable until the 31st of Aug 2013. My old contract had unlimited data usage. On the 5th of Aug Terri contacted me and requested that I need to go into the shop again to resign the contract because there was a mistake. I went in on the 9th of Aug and resigned the contract. On the 13th of Sep I received my invoice for August and was charged R735.49 for data usage. I phoned the account queries no 0821946 and was advised by Mary that my contract was not set up correctly. My husband had the exact same contract than me and also renewed to the exact same contract than me and he wasn't charged for any data usage. I went to the Vodacom store on the 14th of Sep and was given reference no: 53-T012V-VRTGU. Today, 20 Sep I still had no feedback and the debit order will go off in a week's time. I contacted 082155 and spoke to Pumlana who told me that the Blackberry Q5 isn't compactable with the old contract and free data usage isn't possible. He told me that the matter will only be resolved around the 3rd of Oct and that he doubt if I will be refunded at all
