Blackberry 9320 handed in on 24/08/2013 after it kept on switching off. They assessed and said the battery needs to be replaced. The battery and charger was replaced and I collected the phone on 28/08/2013. But immediately after I switched it on at home it did the same thing. I took it back to Vodacom Repairs Potchefstroom. On 16/09/2013 I phoned them because I received no feedback. They informed me that they found waterdamage since they previously repaired it and that I am liable for R1700 to repair it.
I phoned customer service because the phone was not in use since the previous repairs, therefore the waterdamage must have happened at Vodacom. They informed me that they will investigate the matter and give feedback within 24hrs. I didnt receive any feedback. So I phoned customer service again. The consultant informed me that she will email 'Edward', and then it will be in his hands. Customer service doesnt deal with ussues like this.
Now Im waiting again, no phone and the issue not resolved. Quite fed up!
