I have never seen a company that is not even ashamed of how bad it treats its customers like Cell C. I still dont know where my phone is and when will i be getting it back. I phoned in last week at the repair centre and spoke to a very rude Rahaba and she promised to get back to me after she finds out what is happening with my phone, after 4days without a callback form the unhelpful Rahaba i decided to call in again and i spoke to her again. I asked her why she did not call me back and she ignored the question several times. She told me she does not know when i will get my phone and i asked her to follow-up and give me feedback, she said there is nothing to follow up and i should get my phone anytime this week. How can you treat the people that pay your salaries so bad? If you are not going to follow up on my issue (like you did with my previous complains) until it is resolved please dont bother to call me. Its now 22 days since i booked my phone in for repairs and still no indication on when i might get it back.
