I did receive a call from Funiwe as promised during which she promised Angelo would contact me to resolve the matter of an incorrect package on your system. This is the same promise made by several of your call attendants who escalated the matter. I have, as a result, a few reference numbers for the same issue yet no resolution. I expect this to be sorted immediately and not by Angelo. Surely, there is some way of servicing a client without relying on someone who does not respond. Furthermore, the second issue of not receiving a handset ordered 5 weeks ago is still pending. I was asked, by Funiwe, if there is another handset that interests me. I have decided on another handset and would like to be contacted immediately regarding this so that I can activate both contracts ASAP. I would not like for this to turn into a formal complaint to ICASA or a civil matter. 3 contracts and issues every time... fix this please
