I do not understand how you can print new deals and when a client get to a store to apply even after 2 weeks nobody can answer you on when stock will arrive all the 8ta shops just say their seems to be a problem at our Warehouse!! I cancelled my previous service provider and now I am sitting without internet! thanks 8ta! last week Friday I was told this week Wednesday we will DEFENITLEY have your stock Laptop etc.. today I follow up now the response is sorry it looks "bad" maybe you should shop somewhere else... WHAT? now you telling me maybe if you have a plan be like Vodacom or MTN rather go there, due to the lack of stock in 8ta stores and the demand from consumers your retail shop staff are referring business to competition after wasting 2 weeks of my time!! what on earth is going on at 8ta?
