So After complaining last month on Hellopeter about Cell C still charging for a contract that has expired they responded to my hellopeter complain and promised to sort out, lets just say I'm still sitting with the same problem, Cell C has still not assisted me, I am being charged again for the expired contract for May.
Their call centre is super dooper useless, they have tried to transfer me to rententions and as always I end up on hold for hours and hours. I have called multiple times, sent numerous emails and even complained on Hellopeter still nothing.
I dont know what to do anymore, I wish I could cease my relationship with Cell C pity I have to wait for my other contract to expire, I have absolutely no desire in carrying on with this filthy company, I hate it. Its not nice getting such treatment I have been their client for years, clearly loyalty is for dogs and doesnt count at Cell C
