Vodacom, Your Service Stinks - SERIOUSLY NOW!!!

I ordered a Vodafone WIFI modem at the end of Feb 2013 via Vodacom's Website. I received a call back the following day to say that my application was successful and that the modem will be send and it will take 5 to 7 b business days for delivery. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I only received the modem the 2nd of May 2013!!! 2 Months later!!! After numerous calls to the sales centre and to be told its on its way. I was told to have my RICA docs ready when the courier delivers. The courier did not even ask for an ID Document. I took the package, inserted the SIM in the modem and switched it on. It said limited service and I phoned the centre to ask how long it takes to activate.24 hours they said. Well, 24 hours later and the sim card is still not activated. Phone the call centre and I was told to go to a Vodashop to activate it. Went there (Keywest) Wednesday 8 May just to be told that Vodacom direct is the only one to activate this. Wasted my time and the guy at the Vodashop spoke to NO NO after waiting 25 mins. It will be activated in 24 hours, 24 hour has passed and still the same issue. Phoned tonight the T/L Paul that this will be rectified as he told me there is a problem on the system. NOW WHAT
