I have been a customer of MTN for over 16 years and I can count on my one hand when I have been satisfied with a query to the call centre. I personally would remove the bums off the seats reduce the number of agents and reduce our fees . 99 % are clueless, rude and unhelpful! I phoned to day to the 808 number at 15;57 the service was pathetic I had to phone the Cresta Branch of MTN spoke to a charming gentleman, Molamodi Ramoba, who dealt with my query and it was resolved. Your call centre is a waste of time!!!
