Follow up on hellopeter complaint

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to follow up on a complaint which was first submitted on 12/03/2013. It has been 11 days since I last received any feedback from the Vodacom agent. The ref is Hellopeter complaint PC-ZHND-2VBOPA (1036736). The agent's name is Roderique Lategan. I am absolutely unhappy about this, and very inconvenienced by this putrid service!
