Im very dissapointed in the Cell C service i received when i upgrade my contract at the end of January. I recently logged into the online Cell C portal, and noticed that the Due Date for Upgrade is 30/01/2013. I've then upgraded my contract from a Business Chat 400 to the new iphone 400 contract. I got my phone and was very pleased with the service i received from the Game store where i upgraded. However i noticed in the beginning of this month that when i did a balance enquiry, i did not get the new balances as per the iphone contract. I logged into the portal this morning to find that my contract still says Due Date for Upgrade : 30/01/2013 and that im still on the Business Chat 400 contract. I phoned the call centre and they explained to me that its because i did a early upgrade and that the new contract will only run from 1 May. My question is, why didnt anyone inform me of this, and secondly why does your portal say its a upgrade DUE date, not ealry upgrade date. I wouldnt have upgraded if i new this was the case. I hope someone from Cell C can phone me to try and get this sorted out 0823340132
