Unreliable Connection or no connection at all

Week 1: The reason for this heading is that I'm going illustrate how many posts it's going take, in fact how many weeks it takes for MTN to give me a service that I pay for...

I make use of the Internet Uncapped lite package through MTN. Besides slight hiccups in the beginning it has been really good. I mean good speeds and pretty reliable, in fact I actually recommended it to friends, now I'm afraid you have completely 180'ed for the last six weeks Ive either had unreliable connection speeds or no connection speeds at all. At the moment I'm getting like 5kb/s which is ridiculous!!!

I mean 1995 called they want their internet speeds back! What the are you guys playing at? I know about the Fair Use policy but in the past when I was throttled I still at least got 40kb/s which meant it was usable but now I can't even open Google?

Now don't give me your generic response that I must call your coverage dept or that this issue has been escalated to the relevant dept. Because I think we both know that's utter BS, just words that mean nothing. Oh and just for the record I've had contacted the coverage dept, Twice in fact here's my reference no: 96097829. And I've called, Frankly
