Purchased a NEW SAMSUNG S4 through TELKOM Mobile and three weeks later the Travel adapter (battery charger) failed.
Telkom now require me to book the cellphone in together with the adapter to fulfill the warranty claim - absolutely absurd - they could see ONLY the adapter (battery charger) was faulty.

TELKOM blame SAMSUNG for the process and procedure and in the meantime the customer is left without service.
