I have been with Afrihost for the last year, and had slowly moved all my servers to their data centers.
Since moving we have had more than 10 incidences of downtime on our servers.
This equates to over 30 days downtime in the last 12 months. This is absolutely ridiculous!
As I am typing this, my mail server servicing more than 1000 customers is down again, after recovering from another Afrihost maintenance issue that lasted more than 48 hours and seems to only have been resolved using interim measures [Read as HACKS since the same problem has just cropped up again today.].
Not one person at Afrihost can tell me what the agreed SLA downtime limit is. I have started moving servers to WebAfrica and will say good riddance to BAD rubbish once everything has moved.
