Incorrectly Billed for the THIRD time!

Ok... so I was incorrectly billed by Altech Autopage last Nov and Dec.
I complained and after a bit of a fight I eventually got my refund.
But guess what... I've just been incorrectly billed AGAIN for Jan 2014!
Altech Autopage you guys are just pathetic! Again, I'm amazed you're still in business.
Please can you ensure that I don't get billed the Jan bill of R318.99 at the end of this month!
Please also make sure that I never ever get billed again!!
