ACCOUNT CLOSED YET STILL BEING BILLED

FOR THE SECOND MONTH IN A ROW I AM BEING BILLED FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NO LONGER USING. OR DOUBLE BILLED FOR ONE PHONE. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH MTN IN NOVEMBER AND CONTINUED MY DAUGHTERS PHONE WITH THEM. JUST TO FIND THAT THEY FOUND OUTSTANDING AMOUNTS TOT HE VALUE OF HUNDREDS OF RANDS - WHICH CONTRADICTING THE R0.00 STATEMENT I RECEIVED AFTER CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. JUST TO FIND AGAIN THE JANUARY BILL REFLECTS DOUBLE AMOUNTS GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. GET IT TOGETHER MTN, WHEN TRYING TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE I GET TOLD THAT THE NUMBER IS ON PAY AS YOU GO AND THAT I CANNOT QUERY IT. PUTTING MY DAUGHTERS NUMBER IN I GET A RESPONSE OF THIS IS A ILLEGAL NUMBER - SO HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO SORT THIS OUT IF I CANT GET THOROUGH TO YOU. ANY PERSON OUT THERE - DO NOT USE MTN THEY CAN'T BILL CORRECTLY - DO NOT USE MTN THEY YOUR MONEY - DO NOT USE MTN THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO SORT OUT QUERIES - PERIOD DO NOT USE MTN!!! THEY ARE PATHETIC. THE CALL CENTRE IS EVEN MORE PATHETIC AS THEY ONLY HAVE HALF A BAIN AND CAN'T SORT OUT QUERIES AND HAV TO REFFER WHICH TAKES IT TO ANOTHER MONTH AND ANOTHER BILL!!!
