Still waiting for my problem to be sorted out

Vodacom please sort out my problem. I have been phoning and I was told that Vipul Vaidya is suppose to be the person sorting this matter out and since he is not even responding to his fellow colleagues when they ask him to sort this problem as I was told that their department can not talk to customers this is really a problem. I still want my matter to be sorted out since Vodacom is not shy to debit my account every month from September but cant sort my matter out. What more can a person do to get service from Vodacom. Please sort out my problem and refund my money. This is not he manner you treat your customers.
