Ad service delivery due to faulty goods

In May 2013 i got two Samsung Galaxy S4 phones on contract from Cell C direct. Since i received the phones i have had only problems.

I took the phones to the Cell C direct store in Tygervalley centre numerous times. The did software updates and factory resets. The third time they tested the phones for signal problems at their instore technical department. Both phones failed the tests.

They then told me i could leave the phones so that they could send it for repairs with a waiting period of 21 days, without giving me loan phones, or i could take it to Smart Lab myself and get it maybe same day. I took it to Smart Lab and they replaced both phones motherboards. After getting it back, the problem was still not solved. I phoned Cell C direct who informed me that because it wasnt left with them to send it away, i had to now bring it in, they would then send it away to their repairs department with waiting time of 21 days. If that did not solve the problem they would send it to Samsung with a waiting period of approximately 30 days still without replacement phones and then after that they would decide if they would replace phones.
