Vodacom I am finding your customer care absolutely useless! I received a bill from you for December for R1, 200. I was out of the country in December and my phone was off! I need to know why I have been charged this amount and if it is even the correct bill! Now in order for you to tell me why this is, I apparently need itemised billing - Of which I have to PAY you and send all sorts of documentation in order to receive this bill - As I am YOUR customer surely it is MY RIGHT to know what I am paying you for and should not have to pay you EXTRA to receive this information? I also bought 2 Iphone 5's about 6 months ago and asked for the Blackberry BIS to be cancelled. Was this cancelled - Of course not!!! We are still paying for this service!!! When I called Vodacom Cresta to speak to a Manager I could hear the people joking and laughing in the background as to who was actually going to be the manager - when I confronted Zano about this he said it was just a joke he is not a manager but can help me. Now you tell me, as a loyal customer and who has a Business Contract with you with various different contracts is this how I should be treated?
