Good Day.
I have put in a request to transfer my line and received an sms from Telkom stating that I qualify for a free cordless phone and that I should collect at my nearest Telkom branch. I have tried all the Telkom direct branches in the East rand area and nobody has stock and there is no alternative product they can offer me. I keep getting told to Call next Thursday but they never receive stock of this item. Please can you arrange that Telkom Direct in Festival mall get couriered a Cordless phone for me and call me once they have it ready for my collection?
