I have been with web africa on an uncapped account (1MB) for some time. REcently upgraded my line to 2Mb. I then upgraded my web africa uncapped account to 2MB. Low and behold, the best speed out of this account I got was 1.3Mbps... So they told me to get telkom to reset the line, I did. They then gave me a capped account to test with... guess what? It worked perfeectly and I got speeds of no less than 1.8Mbps. Something wrong? I never abused my account and was still within their green 5 star rating, why am I throttled? They tell me I will only get up to 1.4Mbps uncapped speeds, why advertise 2MB uncapped then? They tell me I will go up to 1.8Mbps after business hours, again. I got 1.3Mbps - 1.4Mbps MAX ANYTIME ALL THE TIME... We are sold from these service providers.. Just like TELKOM you cheat south africans out of their money. I will abuse the 5GB capped data you have given me for free to test with. Then you can cancel my account. MY client code is JAK09. Why must I pay more for less. Why do you charge people for throttled accounts? Super off... Lekker man, Lekker...
