Fully paid - suspended

My account, no 333738339, has been paid in full. The December statement showed an amount of R 319.58, which was paid by debit order on Dec 27, 2013.

Now this fully paid up account has been suspended, (all 3 my contracts).
On top of this an additional R 1117.30 was deducted by your Debt Collector on January 16, 2014.
Due to an error/mistake by Telkom accounts department! Please note that Telkom Mobile took my money unauthorised.
I sorted this out on Jan 22, 2014 and we were reconnected, however this morning Jan 23 2014. No connection. After phoning and speaking to several people Grace assured us all lines are active, however your Data department insistsb that it is still suspended.
I am not willing to "pay" for your mistakes.
I want to be online before 13h30 on Jan 23, 2014!
