I upgrate my Contract in Sept 2013 to a higher contract with Mtn to get the Sony Experia Z. After 3 months of use the phone is so warm we could not use the phone. We went back to the branch where Sammy told us we must sent the phone back for a new one. After many calls from myself they told me I can get a phone much cheeper than my old phone because the Experia is from the market. But my contract wil stay on the high amount. If I want a better phone I must pay R1000.00. All I want is a phone from Mtn that is the same value as my old phone. Nobody told me when I did the upgrade the phone warrenty will be no good because of the discontinue. Please help me, I must do all the call work nobody from Mtn call me back. All I want is a phone of the same value why must I pay form something that is not my fault. Please I cant get any answers from Mtn
