Efund to the incorrect account

I received 2 calls from the call centre agents on the 25 January to advise that my debit order has returned. i promised to make a manual payment on the 26 at Nedbank. the payment was made and i sent proof of payment from cell c southgate. a debit order went off my account that same evening and i phoned on Monday to ask for a refund, I was told by the consultant that it will take 48 hour to be resolved. i phoned 2 times after the 48 hours and was tol that the matter are being investigated.

i phoned on the 2 feb and spoke to a girl that told me that i had to wait 48 working hours and the waiting period was not over yet. She than put me on hold for another 20min and told me that my account has been credited on Friday (cell c) account. that is not what i asked for, i now have unpaid debit orders and unpaid fees on my account. due to this.
