R1 Debit Orde

I have tried to sort out my account with Afrihost for the last year now but they keep on debiting my account with R4 then with R5 and now even with R1, my bank charges me R15 a debit order. When I spoke to them they just say they don't have a system in place to sort this out, you can take it or leave is the attitude
