Cancelled Contract's Debit Order Still Going Off

I am really upset. I cancelled my Virgin Mobile contract in July 2013. They informed me that the debit order will be going off until October 2013. So... After November and December's debit order went off for the basic amount (R200- as I haven't even had the sim card since January 2013 when my phone that I wasn't using got), I tried to contact Virgin Mobilr several times from my Cell C phone which costs me so much money! And they times that someone answered the phone, they just kept putting me through to another person with no one being able to assist me. Then I had no choice but to stop the debit order! And so luckily the 1st of Jan 2014 it didn't go off. UNTIL they somehow got the debit order working again and took more money on the 15th of Jan!! I demand my R600 back ASAP, no one has money to through around like this. If I had money to through around I would sue Virgin Mobile for from me! Please this is my last hope to have someone contact me!
